I like to build model formula 1 cars. Most of them are Tamiya 1/20th scale. The whole closet in my reading room is filled up with my models and tools.
I got some Studio 27 F1 resin kits. They are expensive, but very nice. I haven't built one yet, but I plan to do one in near future. Hopefully, it takes less time because they are curbsite and has no engine detail to worry about.
Most of those resin kit are bought from other online modelers. They are usually cheaper than retail price.
I also has some GT, Rally and Motorcycle. I just don't know when I will build them and my wife is urging me to sell them to make space for her clothes. :(

This is my bookshelf. The bottom shelf has filled up all my reference books, Autocourse 92-02, Perfect Formula Manuel, Model Graphix, and more... They are extremely useful and it is running out of space.. Perhaps I need to relocate my Java and Oracle books :)

Another side of my closet is filled up with models.. I occasionally build some Bandai Gundam MG model, just for fun. They are cool as you only need to snap them together and it turns out to be a cool toys.
I also got some rare Protar 1/12 F1 from ebay. Like Mclaren and Alfa Romeo. I have to say they are not as nice as Tamiya's, but with some extra work, it should turn out to be quite nice.
I have duplicate Tamiya F1 models. I found it useful but costly for me. As I only build one model per year these days, I tends to screw parts and decals quite often. Like my F1-2000 I recently built, I painted 4 exhaust pipes in order to get it right.

This is my desk where I made all my models. It is only clean like this for 2 months per year and it is messy for the rest of the year. :) I just cleaned it up after I finished my F1-2000.

These are some other big scale models I have on the top of my bookshelf. Those blue and green box are Bandai 1/60 PG Gundam and Zaku model. They are very nice but I don't know when I will build them. :)
There are some military models that my brother gave me many years ago. I built those military stuff 20 years ago. Then I switched my focus to F1 after I came to States. Now I lost all my skill in building military stuff but I still enjoy watching those cool diorama built by others. :)
